4. Payments (Cash on Delivery)
Currently, Zmary AE primarily operates using Cash on Delivery (COD) across the UAE & KSA.
By placing an order, you commit to paying the full amount in cash upon delivery of the package to your address.
5. Limitation of Liability
Zmary AE shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our products.
We do not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
6 . Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services in the UAE and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
