Delivery Time: Most UAE orders are delivered within 48 hours (up to 3 business days depending on your location). Orders to Saudi Arabia are safely delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

Condition: Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.
