Free Express Delivery: We offer Free Delivery on all orders across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Delivery Time: Most UAE orders are delivered within 48 hours. Orders to Saudi Arabia arrive quickly within 3 to 5 days.

Coverage: We deliver to all seven Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Fujairah, and UAQ) and all major cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Payment Method: We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for your convenience and trust.

  2. Returns & Exchanges
5-Day Guarantee: We offer a Money Back Guarantee and exchanges within 5 days of receiving your package.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Skincare Products: For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged.

  3. Cancellations
12-Hour Window: You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

Processing: If the order has already been dispatched to our courier, cancellation may not be possible.
